The Tin Woodman of <Oz>, better known by his constellation modifier the Master of Steel, is the sponsor of Lee Hyunsung.
Synopsis[]

While Kim Dokja Company is on OZ, Master of Steel is taken hostage by the nebulas who hate Dokja and tortured of screen. His first and last visual appearance comes when all of Constellations who support Kim Dokja are summoned to either go against Dokja or die. Master of Steel is shown tied up and is subsequently killed to show the severity of the situation, but not before he is able to tell the others to not give up.
