King Oedipus, constellation modifier The One Who Stabbed His Own Eyes, is a minor character from <Olympus> who wanted Kim Dokja to inherit Olympus's fable.
Synopsis[]
The Constellation Banquet[]
After declining Manu's offer, another constellation visits Kim Dokja in the Room of Secrets. This newcomer is King Oedipus, a character familiar from Kim Dokja's university studies in liberal arts.[1]
Oedipus offers Kim Dokja the chance to join Olympus and presents a different story called "Lightning Carnival," which is about Zeus, one of the three leaders. This surprises Kim Dokja, as he wonders why Oedipus is offering him this story instead of trying to exercise copyright or convincing him to join the Bacchus sect like the other constellations. Oedipus reveals that the decision to offer Lightning Carnival is because the three goddesses of fate have foreseen something in Kim Dokja's future. He hints that Kim Dokja is rumored to be a prophet and suggests that he may not be eligible to inherit Oedipus's story, the "Blind Prophet."[1]
Confused and disturbed, Kim Dokja contemplates his fate and the involvement of the three goddesses. He wonders why he is deemed suitable to inherit the story of a Greek god. Oedipus then leaves, leaving Kim Dokja to grapple with the significance of his destiny.[1]
Demon King Selection[]
He appeared as a 'helper' for an opposing industrial complex in Main Scenario 25.
