The Dokkaebi King is the one who has absolute control over the Bureau as well as the oldest existence in this world besides The Most Ancient Dream.

Later on at the end of the novel, it is revealed that the Dokkaebi King is actually the "Fourth Wall" that follows the command of tls123 to protect Kim Dokja.

Apperance

When he transported himself and 1863rd Han Sooyoung to the 'First World Line', he appeared as a middle-aged man wearing a fedora. He is able to take on the appearance of other beings such as when he transforms into Dokja's father.

The dokkaebi king was once an incarnation who participated in the scenarios with a close friend and reached the final wall.
