The Dokkaebi King is the one who has absolute control over the Bureau as well as the oldest existence in this world besides The Most Ancient Dream. Once upon a time, they were the great Demons, the messiah of Eden, Emperor’s Pangu, Olympus’s Cronus, and so on. Later on at the end of the novel, it is revealed that the Dokkaebi King is actually the "Fourth Wall" that follows the command of tls123 (the Han Sooyoung that travels to the first ever world line) to protect Kim Dokja.
