Episode 10: Chapter 44 - Future War (2) is the forty-fourth chapter of Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint.
Summary[]
Kim Dokja feels a strength rising from Chungmuro's flag, which he notes should originally have belonged to Yoo Joonghyuk. At the scenario notification that the flag can be seized from Kim Dokja, Gong Pildu orders his alliance to attack him. However, Kim Dokja tosses Lee Hyunsung Hercules' Shield, whose secondary skill summons an energy shield to keep the others at bay. When Gong Pildu attempts to break the shield through [Armed Zone], Kim Dokja uses the command rights to force him to kneel, turn off the turrets and remain silent.
Everyone is taken aback at his effortless victory. Kim Dokja takes advantage of the silence to explain to everyone that they may ally with him or leave as they wish; however, they will be subject to his leadership if they stay, and he will not allow any tyranny by those under his control, nor will he interfere in conflicts within the group, though he will guarantee safety from outside threats. In the end, 5 out of 29 people leave the station. Kim Dokja notes that his flag, currently white, is weak but can still exert some minor authority, and decides not to use it to punish the group who left.
Noticing that the sub scenario is over, Bihyung appears and activates Main Scenario 4, which explains the 'capture the flag' game to be played between the stations. Kim Dokja watches Lee Hyunsung, Yoo Sangah, and Jung Heewon talk among themselves, figuring out the logistics of the game, who they need to target, and how they should go about it. Kim Dokja notes that Jung Heewon keeps looking to him for inputs, since she's aware he knows the future, and that she avoids the topic of the inevitable bloodshed, since the other two speak as though they would rather avoid it. After listening to their conversation for a while and being satisfied that they have the situation under control, Kim Dokja goes to speak to Gong Pildu. He informs the landlord that he cannot seize land so ruthlessly, but understands his need to protect his own space, and offers him the duty of protecting Chungmuro Station. Gong Pildu is surly due to his earlier defeat, but Kim Dokja reminds him he has a duty to his family. Startled at the other man's knowledge, Gong Pildu starts to ask him what he knows, but is interrupted by a loud sound and lights coming from the tunnel leading to one of the other stations.[1]
