Episode 9: Chapter 39 - Omniscient Sunfish (3) is the thirty-ninth chapter of Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint.
Summary[]
Secretive Plotter wonders about the scam that Kim Dokja has pulled on his party members, having successfully claimed a large number of the Enhancement Ampoules from them, willingly letting Jung Heewon have two and losing two more to Lee Gilyoung since he cannot read his mind. Lee Jihye is upset at her total loss, but Kim Dokja tells her she has Yoo Joonghyuk to guide her growth. As they head over to the helicopter to end the movie, Lee Gilyoung is sad that he cannot bring along the large praying mantis he tamed, who he has named Titano.
The party leaves the movie, returning to the main theater, they are able to proceed a few floors up as Yoo Joonghyuk has already cleared multiple movies before them. Upon entering the fourth floor, they are pulled into another movie. Lee Jihye becomes seasick at the sudden teleportation to a ship, but is able to recognize the movie as Titanic, with Jung Heewon in the role of Rose. Lee Gilyoung joins the others on deck, and they begin discussing how to beat the movie, deciding to find the "villain". The villain, Cal, comes to find them instead, identifying Lee Gilyoung as Jack.
The party successfully kidnaps Cal. When this is not enough to elicit a reaction from the theatre master, they decide to kill Cal; though Jung Heewon is reluctant to kill someone who seems like a real person, Lee Jihye kills him herself. The movie ends, granting everyone coins, and they head up to the fifth floor, a prop exhibition room that has been repurposed into a rewards room. Jung Heewon finds a replica of the sword Mikazaki Munechika, that is a significant improvement over her previous groll's horn sword.
She then starts searching for an item suitable for Yoo Sangah while Kim Dokja searches for something for Lee Hyunsung; he selects a replica of Hercules' Shield. Meanwhile, Lee Jihye is trying to pick up a replica of Mjolnir, the hammer of Thor. Noticing her difficulty in moving it, Lee Gilyoung comes over and easily lifts it. Kim Dokja tells him to keep it; he ignores Lee Jihye's disappointment, continuing to search for something for himself, eventually locating a protective suit. Overall preparations, he focuses on the goal of retrieving their missing regressor.[1]
