Episode 47: Chapter 253 - Demon King Selection (7) is the two hundred fifty-third chapter of Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint.
Summary[]
Kim Dokja thinks about how Krygios lost his last two disciples to martial school in First Murim which led to him destroying them out of revenge. Krygios has hunted down Dokja only to find him injured. Dokja claims that he went to First Murim and suffered a humiliating defeat. Krygios notices that he bears traces of breaking the sky swordsmanship and asks if it was Breaking the Sky Sword Saint or one of her disciples. Kim Dokja begs to be killed in order to atone for tarnishing Kyrgios' name, however Kyrgios refuses. He says that he will go defeat the breaking the sky sword school to get revenge.
After he leaves Dokja reveals to Jang Hayoung that he he pretended to be hurt in order to spur Krygios into going to first Murim so he can assist Namgung Minyoung against the outer god and that playing off of his trauma from the deaths of his past disciples was the quickest way to move him. The hidden scenario is still in progress and Dokja proclaims himself to be the real Kim Dokja. The constellations recognize him as the real one, making him the master of the industrial complex.
In Kim Dokja's office Mark gives a report about what he missed. The demon realm is very unstable and it seems like war might break out. Dokja asks the fourth wall for help. He says he needs to see his attributes window. The fourth wall is nervous, but Dokja thinks he needs to know more about himself in order to stand a chance in the demon king selection.
