Dark Keeper (3) is the twenty-first chapter of the Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint webtoon.
Summary[]
Yoo Sangah listens to the Dark Keeper speak, and activating her [Interpreter] skill, has a short conversation with it and says it keeps repeating the phrase "become Mother". It points at Yoo Sangah as it speaks, and upon her refusal, points to Han Myungoh instead. At his lack of rejection, it forces a tentacle down his throat, and Kim Dokja belatedly remembers that demon species conceive their young in other species' bodies.
Kim Dokja has Yoo Sangah back away, then slashes at the tentacles attached to Han Myungoh; however, his weapon is insufficient, and he's unable to free the other man. He calls the dokkaebi Biryu and orders him to hand over Broken Faith. Though the weapon itself is in poor condition, Kim Dokja uses [White Pure Star Energy] and activates Blade of Faith. Despite his self-admitted poor swordsmanship skills, he nonetheless manages to inflict severe damage on the Dark Keeper through his knowledge of its attack patterns (drawn from Ways of Survival) and the ether properties of his weapon.
Kim Dokja activates [Bookmark] and uses Lee Hyunsung's [Weapons Training] to incapacitate the Dark Keeper.
