Reading Again (2) is the one hundred and seventy-first chapter of Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint.
Summary[]
Somewhere in an empty plains, Gong Pildu curses Kim Dokja for forgetting about him, as he spent several weeks killing monsters, and he is about to reach his limit. However, he was saved by the appearance of Yoo Joonghyuk, who appeared riding a huge dragon and retrieved him. Joonghyuk is wondering about Dokja's whereabouts.
Meanwhile, Dokja and Han Sooyoung talks about the King of Wanderer, and Dokja reveals that the King is his mother, Lee Sookyung. Cho Youngran guides them throug the Mechanical Gateway Array method of travelling, and Dokja confronts her about killing him. Youngran reveals that Sooyoung used Dokja's body as a shield, which irritates Dokja slightly. He asked further about her affiliation with his mother, and regarding her constellation First Spiritualist of Joseon. Youngran said that the King of Wanderer saved her daughter, but Dokja doubts his mother's intentions, revealing that his mother also has the same information as he does regarding Youngran's constellation, and might have saved her daughter to use her. Youngran, however, seem to think that Dokja is mistaken about her mother's nature.
They arrived at the meeting place, their family living room, and only Dokja is allowed to meet up with Sookyung. She warmly welcomes Dokja, but he answered bitterly, and they had an argument about his death. Sookyung said that she killed him in order to fulfill the "fate" that has been placed upon him, but Dokja said that she has failed, as he still receives the same message, albeit with one difference; a modifier has been added to his death. It is now a 'definite' death. Dokja then states that she might not be the person he loves the most.
