Episode 2: Chapter 10 - Protagonist (4) is the tenth chapter of Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint.
Summary[]
Kim Dokja dodges an attack from a reanimated Kim Namwoon; he attempts to use Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint Level 1 on the latter, but the skill fails due to Kim Namwoon being dead. He lands an attack on Kim Dokja, poisoning him with his demonic person's black ether as well as his innate Blackening skill.
Kim Dokja attempts to warn Yoo Sangah of the danger, only to realize that Han Myungoh has taken her and run across the bridge, abandoning him. He identifies the source of Han Myungoh's speed as the stigma of the constellation Lame Trickster, attempting to verify this through Character List; however, the ability fails once more. Kim Dokja realizes that Han Myungoh and Yoo Sangah are not registered in Character List due to them not being "characters" present in the original Ways of Survival.
Kim Dokja attempts to figure out a way to cross the bridge. .Kim Namwoon lands more attacks on him, and constellations sponsor coins to Kim Dokja for his adversity. Kim Dokja continues fighting off Kim Namwoon with his knife, before discovering the skill Bookmark, immediately selecting Kim Namwoon's Bookmark and fighting off the demonic student using his own version of Blackening. He manages to push a struggling Kim Namwoon off the edge of the bridge.
At this point, the person Kim Dokja has been waiting for appears, tearing through the demonic people with inhuman strength and making his way towards the bridge. Though Kim Dokja had prepared to challenge him, he becomes afraid at the display of strength. The man asks who he is, and instead of answering Kim Dokja uses Character List on him, finding that he is indeed the protagonist of Ways of Survival, Yoo Joonghyuk of the 3rd round. Before Kim Dokja can finish reading his skills, Yoo Joonghyuk seizes him by the neck and demands to know how he is alive.
